adidas AG
As a Program Manager on the software supplier side, I led a global initiative to deliver and support SAP Omnichannel POS by GK / Cloud4Retail for the leading European sports and leisure products company. This expansive project spanned 27 countries across four continents.
A critical aspect of the project was the seamless integration of omnichannel processes with e-commerce and CRM systems, ensuring a consistent customer experience between online trade and ‘brick and mortar’ channels. The project intricately addressed country-specific tax requirements during the international rollout. Notably, it included supply chain enhancements in the USA and Russia, leveraging RFID technology for increased efficiency. Furthermore, the project involved the implementation of a mobile POS solution based on iOS, enhancing retail flexibility and reach, while optimizing the overall customer experience.
I have been working with Jeremy for more than 3 years while he was managing programs and projects at GK. In our interaction I have found Jeremy being always solution oriented with clear direction and determination to deliver on time and in full. Lindt & Spüngli
As the program leader, I headed the transformative implementation of ERP and POS systems, focusing on SAP S/4 HANA Retail and Omnichannel POS by GK / Cloud4Retail, for a distinguished Swiss chocolate maker. This initiative involved a multi-phase approach, beginning with the successful completion of the deployment phase in the pilot country. Following this, I completed the design phase for two additional countries.
Additionally, to the software implementation and rollout, a significant achievement of this project was the establishment of new structures for ongoing support, which included setting up a staging center to cater to the European market. These developments not only streamlined operations but also ensured efficient, scalable support for future expansions.
TCC Global
I led the implementation of a multilingual customer service system capable of supporting 16 languages. This system was built around a centralized call management application, coupled with a comprehensive BI/reporting infrastructure. This strategic setup enabled customized billing tailored to each subsidiary company.
A notable outcome of this project was the enhanced efficiency in call handling, which led to significant cost reductions. The project’s success was marked by improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across the European market.
I had the honor and great pleasure of working with Jeremy from August 2012 to May 2015 at our joint employer, The Continuity Company, a provider of product-based customer loyalty programs for retailers and wholesalers.
In my entire career, I have never met anyone like Jeremy, who always manages to illustrate very data-driven projects in a simple and comprehensible way.

TJX Europe
I provided support during the tender and contract negotiations for a master agreement for Managed Print Services with the world’s largest off-price retail company. The project involved rolling our advanced features like FollowMe Printing across all European locations, automating the reorder of consumables, and setting up system monitoring and online reporting. The initiative significantly improved the operational efficiency and document security across the company’s European branches.
Lidl
As Project Manager, I headed the development and implementation of intralogistics systems for an internationally renowned food discount retailer. This encompassed systems for goods receipt, order picking, and route planning. Additionally, I contributed in the creation of training materials and process documentation to facilitate procurement, rollout, and commissioning activities across all European locations. This project enhanced the retailer’s operational efficiency and streamlined their supply chain processes.
Infor
As the Project Director, I orchestrated the deployment of Infor M3 Distribution, a cloud-based ERP system, for a German chemical firm. This comprehensive system integrated essential functions including finance, production, quality management, logistics, planning, procurement, distribution, customer management, and business intelligence. I led a 30-member team of consultants and solution architects, working in collaboration with offshore teams in Egypt and India. My role included developing and aligning project schedules, establishing governance policies, coordinating comprehensive training for stakeholders and key users, facilitating design workshops, and successfully executing the Conference Room Pilot.

I established, developed, and led a centrally managed organization focused on service delivery and the monitoring of retail store systems across 18 countries. This operation functioned around the clock, utilizing a 24/7 shift pattern with a 14-person team based in Romania. My key contributions included standardizing processes, implementing automated monitoring systems, and ensuring seamless store operations.
Metro Systems GmbH
My role involved leading a specialized team of six in the rollout of decentralized store systems, establishing standardized processes, and developing strategies for interaction with international branches. Achievements included centralizing supplier management and standardizing hardware and software, resulting in significant cost savings. A notable success was the creation of a fully automated installation routine aligned with corporate IT security and governance policies. This strategic approach led to a successful rollout in 16 existing countries and expansion into two new markets.
