Task: A new till system for the stores of a global sporting goods company. Jeremy worked on the side of the software vendor, GK Software.
What was done: Overall responsibility for introduction, POS rollout and support of SAP Omnichannel POS by GK / Cloud4Retail. This included integration with e-commerce and CRM, each country’s tax rules and a mobile till on iOS.
Result: Rollout in 27 countries on four continents. In the USA and Russia, RFID improved the supply chain.

Task: Multilingual customer service for a provider of customer loyalty programmes for retailers.
What was done: Built on a central call management application with a BI and reporting infrastructure.

What was done: Led 30 consultants and solution architects, working with offshore teams in Egypt and India. Project planning, governance, design workshops and key-user training.
Result: The conference room pilot, a test run of the processes in the new system, was completed successfully. Covered: finance, production, quality, logistics, planning, purchasing, sales, customer management and BI.
