Offers and contracts for project business
An offer written for your client’s business.
Your client’s company data is already in the system. Together with your notes from the meeting, the generator turns it into a finished offer. You review and send it, the client signs online, and the contract is prepared afterwards.

How it works
From client meeting to contract, by example
With made-up sample data: a building services firm in Vienna that wants to digitise its shift planning.
Pick the company. Its data is already there.
You pick the client from your CRM. Company name, address, website, contact person and contact details are taken over, nothing is retyped. Add your notes from the meeting, typed or as a file.
- The VAT number is checked in the EU register. You see straight away whether the company is right.
- The client’s logo comes from their website and later appears on the cover page.
- If there was an earlier enquiry, its title, price and problem description are carried over.
The offer is written for exactly this company
From the company data and your notes, the generator writes a complete offer in one to two minutes. Starting point, benefits and services describe this client’s situation, not a template.
At first the offer sits only in your preview. You read it, change what doesn’t fit, and approve it.
Muster Gebäudeservice currently plans the shifts of 40 cleaners across 12 sites in Excel and WhatsApp. Proof for property managers is put together afterwards, by hand.
Send it. The client signs in the browser.
Your client gets an email with the PDF and a personal link. There they read the offer and sign. No account, no login.
You see when the offer was opened and how far it was read. Once signed, the PDF is sealed and filed.

- 18.10. 11:40Opened, read in full
- 21.10. 14:32Signed, PDF sealed
The contract is already prepared
Once the offer is signed, the generator drafts the contract. Services, prices and dates are not repeated in it: the contract refers to the signed offer as Annex 1. So there is only one version of the numbers.
The contract, too, sits only in your preview at first. You read it and adjust what needs adjusting.
Send the contract. Same route as the offer.
The contract goes out just like the offer: as a PDF by email, with a personal link. Your client reads it in the browser and signs there, without an account.
Again you see the history. Once signed, the PDF is sealed, and the signed offer and contract sit with the client in the CRM.

The AI writes. You decide. No offer and no contract leaves the building before you approve it.
The status
You always know where every offer and contract stands.
No chasing to ask whether the email arrived. The status changes by itself, depending on what your client does with the link.
-
Draft
The document is written and sits with you. The client hasn’t seen anything yet.
-
Sent
The email with PDF and link is out. Now it’s the client’s move.
-
Viewed
The client opened the link. Automatic mail scanners don’t count, only a person in a browser.
-
Signed
The client has signed and the PDF is sealed. It stays that way, even if they open it again later.

What you get
Less writing, less chasing
Fits the client
The offer builds on the company data and the meeting. The client reads about their own situation, not boilerplate.
Minutes, not hours
The offer is written in one to two minutes. Your time goes into reviewing, not wording.
Offer and contract match
The contract builds on the signed offer. There is only one version of the numbers.
Everything in one place
Offers and contracts sit with the client in the CRM, with number and history. You see where things stand without asking.
Frequently asked questions
What do I need for an offer?
The client’s company from your CRM and your notes from the meeting. You can set the fixed price and project title. If something is missing, the generator fills in a suggestion that you change in the preview.
Can I change the text before it goes out?
Yes. The offer sits only in your preview at first. It only goes out when you send it.
How does my client sign?
They open the link from the email, read the offer in the browser and sign there electronically. They need no account. The PDF is then sealed and filed with you.
Can I create a contract without an offer?
No, deliberately not. For services, prices and dates the contract refers to the signed offer. Without an offer it would point at nothing.
